Our Shaunessy HOA community is located in unincorporated Snohomish county (Bothell/Mill Creek) with 262 homes, 1 large park with playground equipment, 2 small parks and over 2 1/2 miles of walking trails behind our community homes. It is managed by PortGardner and we have answers to all frequently asked questions in the FAQ’s section to give you direction prior to calling our Property Manager to get response quickly.
HOA Board Meeting Schedule: The HOA board meetings are scheduled to be on the 2nd Wednesday of the odd months starting at 6:00 p.m at the Triway Grange Hall, 3509 Seattle Hill Rd, Bothell, WA 98012.
